On this longest day
may we breathe into the light within.
Welcoming the sun
as she watches over us
from her highest altar in the sky.
May we honour her presence
as she sits on her throne today
presiding over the circular mystery
of this cycle of seasons.
May the magic fire of our own life
greet us as a crown of flowers
in this moment of arrival and new beginning.
May the wisdom of our own light
break through the darkness
illuminating our own inner brightness
out on the edges of Being.
May we be who we are here to be
inside this great wheel of transformation.
May our sacred expression
become one with the voice
of the cosmos.
May we ride the hedge
between the worlds
of imagination and desire.
May we connect to the eternal love
that sings beyond our bones.
May our hearts open wide.
May our spirit overflow with possibility.
May we breathe deeply
into our beautiful journey
to everything.
